The Dortry comes inclusive of: Central heating in the cold months, water and hot water, electricity, initial wood for the woodburner,(£5 per basket afterwards)
freshly cleaned bedding and towels, clean tea-towel, toilet rolls, kitchen towels.
Tea, coffee and herbal teas, will welcome you for a warm cup when you arrive, and we usually make a little treat for you to have with it.

To secure your booking, we will ask you to send a deposit of £45 which will be then taken out from the remaining monies.
It can be sent by personal cheque or by bank transfer.
For the remainder, you can either give us the rest in cash when you arrive, or if you prefer, you can settle it by bank-transfer, 7 days before your arrival.

As part of our agreement, any breakages or obvious damaging to the property will be, upon agreement, invoiced.
If you see anything when you arrive that is damaged or broken and we have not noticed, please do tell us about it.
If you break anything small, thank you for replacing it yourself, there are many shops in Llandrindod who will be happy to help and we will greatly appreciate your respect.

You are welcome to bring your pet for a small charge of £10. No charge for infants as they do not scratch paint nor shed many hair.

Arrival time is after 3pm, and leaving time is no later than 10am -
there is possibility for you to arrive earlier if we had no previous guests before; similarly
, you can have a lay-in if discussed with us in advanced and no guests coming after you!
We are here to make sure you do have a lovely break, so do talk to us with confidence!

NOTE, Bookings for July-August 2012: We cannot take any more private bookings for the period mid-July till the end of August 2012, as we are also with an agency and they let us have an allowance of 1 week without paying charges for that period during which we can book privately. This one week has been already booked.
Unfortunately, their fee to us are way too high to make it worthwhile for us to do it privately for the remaining of that period, so we are sorry to have to ask you to book directly with cottages4you if you were interested by the high season.
We are able to accept private bookings again from September. Thank you.
